MONDAY 15/11/21

 DEGUSTACIÓN DE PLATOS TÍPICOS

Los padres de los alumnos han cocinado numerosos platos típicos. Todos ellos deliciosos!

Lots of home-made traditional snacks were offered to the participants from time to time. Thank you so much to the school children's parents! Everything was delicious!

 ACTIVIDADES

Durante toda la mañana los alumnos han realizado diferentes actividades  en grupos para conocer la cultura y tradiciones polacas. Hemos  participado en varios talleres.

During the rest of the day, teenagers could interact by means of a entertaining activities with the aim of getting to know the culture and traditions from the local area and Poland in general.

Activities such as:

TALLER: Diseño del delantal tradicional de región de Silesia.  (painting folkloric aprons)


TALLER: Diseño de diademas de flores (designing flower head crown with paper)

TALLER: Elaboración de la receta de uno de los platos tradicionales polacos 'dumplings' (preparing the receipt of one of the traditional Polish dishes: dumplings)

Y también nos hemos divertido jugando: Ice-breaking games

We also got to know each other by playing "ice-breaking games"


Y para conocer el colegio, un gymkana mediante códigos QR entretuvo a los grupos participantes.

And in order to get familiar with the school, a QR code hunt entertained the participants.




WELCOMING CEREMONY

CEREMONIA DE BIENVENIDA

Hoy nuestros socios polacos nos ofrecieron una cálida acogida. En la ceremonia de Bienvenida estuvieron presentes representes  de distintas administraciones públicas y educativas locales y comarcales. La televisión local de Zabrze  entrevistó a la coordinadora del proyecto y nuestra alumna Paula Villar. 

Today 15th November, our colleages in Poland gave us a warm welcoming where different administrative and educative staff were present. The first cereemony was recorded by the local TV media. Then, our coordinator Pilar Méndez and one of our students Paula Villar were also interviewed in English.



Acto seguido, varios grupos de alumnos de distinto nivel  amenizaron la ceremonia con distintos bailes tradicionales  polacos, Kujawiak, Polonez y Trojak.

Afterwards, the youngest of the school amused the event with traditional Polish dances: Kujawiak, Polonez y Trojak
